Find your passion which you can master it on skill.
Most people run away from silence. But silence is where you hear your true self. They afraid ๐ฃ to be alone ๐ in life sometimes it becomes our enemy who you ๐ so
Start enjoying your own company freedom Find ways to keep your mind busy in work ๐. But don't pressurized it .
2.Evey day create something To feel good ๐
Write a small note, cook something new, click a photo, organize your room—creation builds confidence.
Don't be so artist.
It proves that you are enough.
Do something which is feelings too good ๐ .
3.Engage yourself for Learning Something that feels better ๐
It could any Skill like
Coding
Contents writing
Exercise
Self development
And many more but that's particular skill will be your identity .

4.Set Your own Boundaries in your life ๐
Being alone isn’t “selfish.”
Sometimes you need a break… from people, from drama, from pressure.
Say “No” when needed.
Protect your own peace.
Do be the slave of any one in your life.
Be your Own hero not Villan ..
5.Build a Healthy Relationship… with YOU
Be your own motivator person.
Take yourself on mini dates.
You deserve your own love
Talk to yourself kindly daily.
